How it Works - Purchase your prepaid Australia Post Label

Click the "Get Started" button to go to the Australia Post returns portal. Enter your order ID and the same email address you used to place your order and complete all the fields to complete your paid return. Once submitted, you’ll be emailed your unique barcode.

Print your label at home and lodge your return at Australia Post or if you don’t have access to a printer you can go to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location and they will print the label for you and send the item back to us. You’ll also be emailed tracking details so you can check on the progress of your return.

We’ll let you know when your parcel has arrived and we will let you know when your return has been processed.

Mode Footwear takes great pride in the quality of the products we sell. That being said , if you're not in love with your new purchase please contact our customer service team, we'd be more than happy to help your sort out your issue and find the best solution for you!

Whether you paid for your order using a Paypal account, credit or debit card or using Zip Pay or Afterpay, Mode Footwear offer you the opportunity to return the items you purchased in original and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. We'll be happy to refund or exchange your items for you.

How Do I Return Item(s)?

In the event that you receive an item and you decide you no longer want it or you have purchased the wrong size you may post the item back to us. For your convenience, you can purchase a prepaid postage label from Australia Post here for Australian customers. For International customers, you will need to handle your own returns and post the item back to us.

If you don't have a printer, you can present the QR code you receive via email and the post office can print the postage label for you.

If you’d like to handle your own returns, you are welcome to post the item back yourself. We suggest you return goods via registered post with a tracking number. Please include your completed returns form or a note with your name and order number if known in the parcel and send it back to us.

Once returned you have the following options:

Customers In Australia:

  • Exchange: You may pick another item from our range (of equivalent value) and we will send this to you at our cost. If the value of your exchange is more you will be required to pay the difference, if less you will be issued with store credit.
  • Refund: If you elect this option you will be refunded the item cost (which does not include the shipping paid) E.g. Item costs $139.95 + $12.95 shipping, you will be refunded $139.95. Please note if you have used a coupon code for your purchase and are returning an item to us for a refund, we will be refunding you the item cost less coupon discounted amount less postage.

Customers Outside of Australia:

  • Exchange: You may pick another item from our range (of equivalent value) and we will send this to you at our cost. If the value of your exchange is more you will be required to pay the difference, if less you will be issued with store credit.
  • Refund: If you elect this option you will be refunded the item cost (which does not include the shipping paid) E.g. Item costs $139.95 shipping costs $30, total initially paid = $169.95. You will be refunded $ 139.95. Please note if you have used a coupon code for your purchase and are returning an item to us for a refund, we will be refunding you the item cost less coupon discounted amount less postage.

Any item returned back to us must be sent back in the same condition as received, items must be sent back unworn included all original box, packaging, tags etc. Failure to do so may result in a return/refund not being granted. Items must be returned to us no later than 30 days after the original purchase date. Items must be sent back via a traceable postage product, we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit. If you elect to exchange your product the exchange will be sent in a timely manner. Shipping times will vary depending on the item you choose.

If after you have received your 1st exchange item, and wish to return this item to us, we can offer you an exchange or store credit of item cost for your purchase. We can offer a customer up to 1 exchange per transaction where we will offer complimentary return shipping to you. If you require more than 1 exchange per transaction, we will require you to pay the shipping costs.
